Hey everyone,

I know many of you are busy dealing with the hurricane aftermath. I hope you are all well and when you get this....which may be weeks from now...I hope you enjoy our pics. Know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and we wish you all the best.

We had a very busy August. Thurston and I went to Houston and saw our friends and family. We hit up Legoland with Graydon and his parents Amanda and Michael. We hung out at the beach a little more and had a great month!

Hey Everyone,

I hope you are all having a great summer.

We've been busy going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family. Thurston has been the busiest of all. Everyday chores like emptying cabinets & drawers, climbing stairs, opening and closing doors, playing in ANY water that he can find, and insisting on getting in the shower (whether it is occupied or not) takes up most of his day.

Jason and I went on our first adult weekend away since Thurston was born. A friend from England came in town, so we went to Vegas with a group of friends. We had a great time and found that it now takes an average of two days to recover from every one night you spend in Vegas.

Danika turned 30 so we all mourned her youth by having a surprise funeral for her twenties. She and Steve went to Egypt for birthday...so don't feel too sorry for her.

Thurston's 1st Birthday Party

So, we're almost two months late on posting birthday party photos. We have had a great start to the summer. We started with T's birthday where we had both sets of Grandparents come in town and great friends to help celebrate. Thurston's been very busy learning to walk, hanging out in his new float at the pool, and eating sand at the beach. We'll post more photos from May, but for now here are the birthday photos my parents have asked about every single time I talk to them.

Thurston's 1st Birthday Album

Here are our April photos. We had a packed month of activities and guests including visits from Christi, Rich and Tesa from Cincinnati, Michael and Diane from Alameda, CA, and Michael and Onora from Houston with activities like a beach bonfire, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, and Thurston's first time in the pool! We had a great time with everyone and we are always hoping for more guests. Thurston's birthday is tomorrow so look out for birthday party pics soon!

Hi - Here are our March photos. As you can see, we've been doing more outdoor activities now that Spring is here, and Thurston grew a pair of bunny ears. Just the usual.

Hola, it's been awhile since we've posted, so we've got a bunch of pictures. I'm only posting February's now, although I'll put up all of March's in another week to spread them out a little. Thurston is officially crawling! I may have a little video of this that I'll put up on the site next time. Right now I've got my hands full just trying to chase him down!

Christmas 2007

Since 2008 is almost over we thought we should hurry and post our 2007 Christmas photos. We went to Houston this year and had a great time introducing Thurston to his Texas family and friends. We then came home and took T on his first hike. We hope you all had a great start to the new year. Take care.
